Following the success of It’s A Wonderful Life, Lighthouse Theatre are pleased to announce their forthcoming tour of another timeless classic. 
A Christmas treat for all the family. Inspired by the three-time Oscar winning film, Miracle on 34th Street: A Live Radio Play is performed as a 1940s live radio broadcast in front of a studio audience. With the help of an ensemble of six actors and a live foley artist, the sounds of New York in the holiday season come amazingly to life. Susan’s mother told her the secret of Santa Claus, a few years ago. She never expects to get the gifts on her list…but after meeting a department store Santa, she is given the most precious gift of all….something to believe in… 

With director Joe Harmston at the helm (creator of Murder On Air, a staged version of Agatha Christie’s three extant radio plays which played to packed houses all over the UK), Lighthouse Theatre presents this ingenious staging of a timeless classic film and seasonal favourite.
