The small team of three full time posts is based at the Arts Council of Wales offices in Cardiff Bay but cover the whole of Wales.

The team work closely together to arrange tours, administer bookings and deal with the many enquiries that come in to the office.  

Head Night Out : Peter Gregory

Peter Gregory

Alongside many day to day activities Peter is responsible for the overall management of the scheme and is a  board member of the National Rural Touring Forum.

Development Officer: Hilary Farr


As development officer Hilary specialises in working to initiate and promote Night Out events especially  with socially deprived communities throughout Wales.  Hilary is also the lead officer for the Night Out Young Promoters scheme which has been running since 2005.

Team Co-ordinator (Part Time):   Nia Coyle 

Nia Coyle

The first point of contact for enquiries, Nia is a  fluent Welsh speaker  who deals with the hundreds of applications, enquiries and paperwork that come in to the scheme. 

Team Co-ordinator  Elen Elias (Part Time) 


Sharing the Team coordinator duties with Nia. Elen is also a fluent Welsh speaker.
